GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR ALL CANDIDATES

1. ​Candidate(s) will apply online and send duly signed print out of the same application by Speed/Registered post/Personally along with all relevant documents in support of his/her application through proper channel latest by 22.06.2026 (5:00 PM). University shall not be liable for any postal delay, if any. Incomplete applications and applications received after last date shall not be considered/entertained. 
2. The prescribed qualifications/experience is the minimum and the mere possession and fulfilling the essential and desirable qualifications of the same does not entitle the candidates to be called for the interview.
3. The candidates already in State Govt. Universities/Engineering Departments/ Boards/Corporations must apply by uploading the ‘No Objection Certificate’ along with their applications. However, the candidate will submit his/her No Objection Certificate from the parent department at the time of interview, failing which his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.
4. Incomplete applications and applications received after last date of receipt of application shall not be considered. Application will be considered only if both online and hard copy application form duly filled are received by due date. University shall not be liable for any postal delay, if any.
5. No TA/DA in connection with appearing in the interview etc. will be paid to the candidates.
6. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease or not to fill any or some of the said posts.
7. The applicant(s) must clearly mention conversion formula of CGPA 10 percentage marks and percentage of marks in appropriate place.
8. Candidates must paste his/her latest passport size photograph on the application form.
9. The candidates must attach all certificates of educational qualifications and experience with the application form.
10. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.

11. The following documents must be attached with the application:

    (i) Attested copies of the Annual Confidential Report for last five (05) years.

    (ii) Vigilance Clearance Certificate clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned.

    (iii) Statement showing the minor/major penalties imposed, if any, and Integrity Certificate.

    (iv) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent department.
12. The candidate must ensure that the email address and mobile number provided in the online application are correct and active. Further, the candidate should ensure the completion of all columns of online application form.
13. The candidates must produce all relevant original documents as proof of details furnished/mentioned in their application at the time of interview.
