(A) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Executive Engineer

Holding analogues post (FPL-11) in State Government Universities/Engineering Departments/Boards/ Corporations

​B.E./ B. Tech or its equivalent in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks with at least 10 years’ experience in the relevant field.

OR

An officer holding the post of Asstt. Executive Engineer in the scale of Rs. 8000-13500 with 5 years’ regular service in the grade and possessing B.E./ B. Tech. or its equivalent in Civil Engineering.

OR

An officer holding the post of Assistant Engineer with 8 years regular service in the grade possessing B.E./ B. Tech or its equivalent in Civil Engineering.

1. Should have knowledge of working on Computers.
2. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric/10^th Standard.

Desirable:

M. Tech Degree in Structural Engineering.

 

(B) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Sub-Divisional Engineer (Civil)

Holding analogues post (FPL-09) in State Government Universities/Engineering Departments/Boards/ Corporations.

1. B.E. / B.Tech. or its equivalent in Civil Engineering of a recognized University/ institute or one of the other qualifications in Civil Engineering as specified in Appendix-B of Punjab Service of Engineers, Class II, PWD (B&R) Branch Rules, 1965 with at least two years’ experience.
2. Should have good knowledge of working on Computers.

Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric/10^th standard. 

(c) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil)

Holding analogues post (FPL-06) in State Government Universities/Engineering Departments/Boards/ Corporations.

Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institution through regular course, preferably 3 years’ experience of construction and maintenance works in Govt. / Public buildings.

(c) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Holding analogues post (FPL-06) in State Government Universities/Engineering Departments/Boards/ Corporations.

1. Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute preferably 3 years’ experience of Electrical works in Govt. /Public buildings.
2. Should have good knowledge of working on computers.

Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric/10^th Standard.

(c) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Junior Engineer (Public Health)

Holding analogues post (FPL-06) in State Government Universities/Engineering Departments/Boards/ Corporations.

Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institute through regular course, preferably 3 years’ experience of Public Health works in Govt. /Public buildings.
