The above said non-teaching posts are purely on deputation basis. The application complete in all respects must be submitted latest by 10/10/2025 5:00 P.M. Incomplete applications or those received after the last date for any reasons will not be entertained, and shall be summarily rejected. All candidates working in any of the Govt. Universities/ Govt. Institutions should send their application through proper channel or submit NOC from the employer at the time of interview otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in interview. (A) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Deputy Registrar

  1. Master’s degree/L.L.B. with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC seven point scale. OR Bachelor of Engineering / Technology with 1st Division or its equivalent grade.

  2. Seven years’ experience as regular Lecturer in a college or a University with experience in educational administration OR Comparable experience in Research Establishment and/or other institutions of higher education OR Five years’ experience as Assistant Registrar OR in an equivalent post.

  3. Should have good knowledge of working on computer.

  4. Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric/ 10th Standards.

 

(B) Minimum qualifications and experience required for the post of Assistant Registrar

  1. Master’s degree/L.L.B. with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC seven point scale OR Bachelor of Engineering / Technology with 1st Division or its equivalent grade.

  2. Five years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a University/ examining body conducting public examinations.

  3. Should have good knowledge of working on computer.

  4. Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric/ 10th Standards.
